I have been wanting to do a paper sculpture like this for awhile now, and my illustration class's experimental portfolio was the perfect time to....well...experiment!! I'm not sure how I feel about it since my cutting isn't up to par, and it differs from the original sketch a bit, but I think its a pretty good first attempt. This style is a lot trickier than it looks. Trust me on that.
